Entertainment was good, food was ok

Hallways and elevators were dirty. Top shelf drinks were not available at all bars. Sports bar didn’t have top shelf. Housekeeping was a joke. Never given enough towels.

Wonderful stay with a terrible beach.

The various options for dining, the rooms were lovely, the staff was exceptionally well trained and friendly.

THE BEACH! It was terrible. It had literal rocks everywhere in the water and you can’t swim in it. As a Caribbean person, this was a HUGE let down to an otherwise wonderful stay.

A mixed bag of experiences that’s trending to the side of good

The entertainment was good and for the most part the property was appealing visually. Also the amount of restaurants to choose from was really good and the staff are farrrrr better now than my first visit a few years ago! Although some more work on professionalism is needed.

The food and drinks were hit or completely miss which it mostly was. The room service food in particular really wasn’t anything to boast about at all in the slightest . Also the time it took to actually get the food was really bad in one instance almost 3 hours! However the restaurant food at Route 66 was really good and at Sugar Cane. So more work is needed on the food aspect

Loved the ambience and the staff - the staff was very attentive also. Had a wide selection of restaurants. The fact that there was an adults only side. The views were magnificent.

The beach needs work. The restaurants could be better - it's not terrible but it's alright. If you're Jewish, SDA, or Muslim you won't have much food offerings

Wonderful

The resort was absolutely beautiful! There were so many restaurants & events there I did not have to leave the resort! The staff was absolutely amazing. Housekeeping literally mopped the floors everyday.

There were no vegan protein options like tofu available.

No iron, steamer did not work and would not replace. When cleaning room never replaced towels would take them all and Leave one. When clearly there are 2 guests in the room. Took a whole days to come and replace after calling 2-3 times. Cleaning staff needs major improvement. Restaurant markets staff were above and beyond. Bars and servers were above and beyond. No straws though.

The property is nice; however it is not what I was expecting for all inclusive resort in Jamaica....

The location was fine, the room was great, the view was great, the food in most of the restaurants was great, the drinks were good, the ocean view was great. Most of the ppl that worked on the resort were super nice.

I went to Jamaica expecting to experience Jamaican culture, unfortunately I did not get that on this resort. The music played on the resort was not of the Jamaican culture. There was only a couple restaurants that even played Jamaican music. The pools closed at 6:00 pm daily, all restaurants closed at 11:00 pm daily. If you ordered room service anytime after 11:00 PM and before 11:00 AM you will be charged $25. When i requested a drink with room service i was asked if my fridge had been restocked for the day??? I mentioned that because it is supposed to be an all inclusive resort. The mixed drinks were served with the least amount of liquor possible. The wet bar in the room included 1 Coke, 1 sprite, water, a red stripe beer, and 2 juices; one orange and one grape. It might be just me but everything is more than overpriced on the resort... souvenir shops. The beach at the resort was not really a beach it was a small area created and called a beach. A beach is never ending; this one you could walk from one end to the other in less than 10 minutes. If we hadn't booked a tour outside of the resort; I would not have a realistic view of what it's like to be in Jamaica. The sister property had way more amenities than that of the all adult side.

Great resort with lots to do, at a reasonable price!

There was a lot to do all on the resort which was nice, the staff are very attentive and friendly and will make sure you’re happy. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable.

The beach is very rocky, definitely recommend bringing water shoes if you visit. They have a lot of electrical issues that need to be addressed.

Room for improvement

I love the aesthetic of the interior decoration. The staff is very welcoming and professional. The pool is also amazing and there are so many restaurants to dine in. The gym was also great.

They need a mixologist and fruits to make certain mixed beverages. They also need an entertainment group to do daily and nightly activities at pool like Temptation Cancun. It is an adult hotel and we are on vacation so there should be activities that make us want to stay at the hotel all day all night and also the activities should make us do things we wouldn't normally do all in the name of fun, pleasure and entertainment.
